Phenix Salon Suites Founder Gina Rivera and her family have been influencers in the beauty industry for 90 years. With the creation of Phenix Salon Suites, Gina revolutionized the salon suites industry by designing the suites using materials and finishes that meet the needs of top salon professionals like herself. A Phenix Salon Suites (PSS) franchise development consultant will contact you to discuss some of the major areas associated with becoming a franchisee. Items to discuss include: Timing, Proposed Location, Business Experience/Background, Funding/- Cash Available for Investment, Goals/Interests & answer any questions you may have.
Our franchise application is brief and allows us to get to know you, your business experience, financial capabilities, goals and interests, etc. The PSS application is non-binding and of no cost to you. We keep your personal information 100% confidential.
Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) – By law, every franchisor must deliver to its prospective franchisees a copy of its FDD to ensure that the franchise prospect has all pertinent information about the company, business model and every other aspect of our business relationship with franchisees.
Your franchise development consultant will schedule an hour-long call to give the franchise overview. This call will review the discovery and development process, history, financing/financial requirements and reasons to join our “Family.
Your franchise development consultant will provide contact information for our financing partners to discuss your financing options. Your development consultant will also provide a list of franchisees (that can be found in the FDD) to discuss their financial performance and experience with the brand.
You will meet with our founders, Jason and Gina Rivera virtually. During the discovery day, you will be able to spend one-on-one time with our founders to hear their vision for PSS, discuss our culture, tour locations and answer any additional questions you may have.
Once approved by our franchisee committee, we will send franchise agreements for your execution. Once executed, Congratulations – you are officially part of the PSS “Family” and we will get started on the site search!
